A unique cap on the 601 La Bomba Atomic caught my attention. The long straight tail reminded me of a fuse, a fun play on the bomb theme. The gordo felt more like a stick of brown dynomite. The cold draw released a neutral tobacco flavor. Flame brought out an incredible stream of spices, almost an overload. The spices relaxed and gave way to oak and floral notes. Then, cedar took control, only to have cocoa come alive. The cocoa grew richer into chocolate, followed up by caramel. Spicy retrohales provided a good balance.
