Drew Estate’s Acid line combines fine Nicaraguan tobacco with essential oils to create a flavorful experience. The Acid Kuba Maduro is a variation of the famed Kuba Kuba cigar. Beyond the sweet tip, the cold draw tasted like green tea. The sweet tip imparts a unique addition to the flavors, starting with iced tea laced with Sweet and Low. Tea continued through the first third until earthy notes took hold. Just past the midpoint, I picked up more tea, along with some deep floral tinges. By the end, a fresh soil flavor was all that remained.
