AVO celebrated 30 years in 2018. It was such a big occasion that one special cigar would not be enough. Beyond the ultra-rare AVO 22, the brand brought back some old favorites and released some new blends. The Signature is a new size just for the 30th anniversary. I tasted the unique flavor of pancake batter on the cold draw. Breakfast continued into the smoke as a burst of maple syrup opened. The second third offered woody notes trailed by nuts. Rich leather, like the smell of an old chair, pushed forth, bringing the mustiness of vintage books.
