The team at Blackbird Cigars created another fantastic special edition cigar in The Vince. Named for Tom Cruise’s character in The Color of Money, The Vince checks all the boxes for veteran cigar smokers. Excellent construction, fabulous flavors, and limited availability. A pig-tail closed the foot, meaning I tasted nothing on the cold draw. Oak opened, trailed by nuts and figs. Fall spices and sage briefly showed until coffee and earth pushed through at the midpoint. As the coffee faded, cocoa joined the earthy profile. A light woody note brought the experience to a close.
