Today is the 20th anniversary of 9/11. We will never forget. I remember exactly where I was when I first heard the news. As I honor all those who fell that day and all who served as heroes, I do so with the Camacho Liberty Series 2021 churchill. Fresh sourdough bread welcomed me on the cold draw. Loads of black pepper led off, trailed by Cuban coffee. Coffee continued, bringing caramel to the forefront. As the coffee waned, nuts filled the void. Coffee came back in the final third before retreating in favor of earth and dried cherries.
