The CAO Columbia Tinto (robusto) features rarely seen Columbian tobacco in the filler. The result is a simple cigar with satisfying performance and taste. It started with a bitter coffee bean flavor on the cold draw. My torch lighter got things heated up, releasing coffee and cream in the first few draws. Later, tobacco dominated the flavor profile. The last third dropped the tobacco and replaced it with mocha. Black pepper came through on the retrohales. The Tinto burned well, but the line was wavy. The CAO Tinto would be a welcome partner on the golf course.
