Oh, so tasty! Crowned Heads’ La Coalicion Corona Gorda nearly knocked my socks off. Beginning with the cold draw, I tasted chocolate and pipe tobacco. A faint licorice flavor emerged right after the light up. Then, I enjoyed a perfect balance of caramel and chocolate during the first half. The second half delivered coffee, followed by espresso. I found a lot of spice on the retrohales, but it wasn’t overwhelming. Crowned Heads has a reputation for finely crafted cigars, and this example was a standout. I recommend buying a box and sharing it with friends.
