Get on Google Maps and check out Ometepe, the island in Lake Nicaraguan formed from twin volcanoes. The Cult Ometepe Robusto cigar takes its name from the island, now a producer of fine tobacco, some of which is wrapped within. Wood and tobacco tinges escaped from the cold draw. A heap of mixed spices hit me in the first few puffs, finally settling into an East Indian profile. The midpoint brought a wonderful smokey toffee flavor. Earthy tones, mingling with spicy retrohales, took me to the finish line. Give this cigar a try.
