Espinosa continues to roll out limited release niche cigars. This Connecticut Cuban Link robusto came to me courtesy of Privada Club. However, details about the blend are sketchy at best. I tasted white bread through the cold draw. Caramel rushed in through the first few puffs, blending with cream in a bullseye candy flavor. The second third introduced nuts and some light roast coffee. Caramel came back to play, mingling with the coffee to deliver a sweet caramel macchiato finish. I enjoyed the subtle spicy retrohales and excellent combustion. A wildly wavy burn and canoe hurt the score.
