Released in 2019, the Fratello Arlequin brings bold flavors and full body to the growing brand lineup. Named for a 16th century Italian theater character, Fratello describes the cigar as extroverted. I wholeheartedly agree. Luscious notes of sweet dark chocolate moved through the cold draw. Chocolate continued into the first third, pairing with earth. Heaps of spices hit me at the dawn of the second third, eventually calming to leave cocoa and wood. A final transition to caramel and nuts brought a smile to my face as I enjoyed the complexity and depth of flavors from start to finish.
