East Coasters know that DMV stands for DelMarVa, of the Delaware, Maryland, Virginia & DC area. Fratello created four cigars in different sizes featuring different wrappers. The DC sports an Ecuadoran Habano wrapper. Cedar notes appeared on the cold draw. The first inch blasted me with peanut and caramel, like a Payday candy bar. Then oak settled in, followed by earth in the last half. The lack of complexity and flavor in the last half disappointed me. The Fratello also suffered from three canoes, causing even more frustration.
