Graycliff 1666 Toro
The Graycliff 1666 came out over a decade ago and can now be found online at bargain basement prices. This stick came in at $4 thanks to a clearance bundle of 20 priced at $79. While the brand may be known for both exclusivity and inconsistency, this toro broke both molds. The well-rolled cocoa-hued wrapper, once cut, revealed a creamy cocoa cold draw. The 1666 drew perfectly through the entirety, producing rich flavors of chocolate-covered raisins and honeycomb. Every retrohale was creamy and sweet. The white ash contrasting with the dark wrapper portrayed the ultimate in luxury. This smoke really was extraordinary for the price.
