Coffee burst on the scene in the first third, trailed by hazelnut and cocoa – think Nutella but less sweet. Mexican hot chocolate took hold toward the midpoint, eventually relaxing into mocha. By the final third, the mocha shed any hint of chocolate, leaving bold coffee notes.
