Originally blended for world leaders, the Joya de Nicaragua Numero Uno L’Ambassadeur lancero is a new offering in the Obras Maestras ultra-premium line. This cigar is stellar. Roasted peanuts bowed on the cold draw. Peanuts continued into the first third, coupled with caramel. The caramel matured into caramel macchiato in a rich and creamy flavor. The second third mellowed into vanilla with tinges of maple syrup. A wave of sweet almond milk rushed in for a decadent finish. Excellent construction allowed me to fully enjoy every last puff.
