Cigar reviews – 99 words or less
Catastrophe struck the La Aroma de Cuba EE Belicoso before we began, as the wrapper suffered a major blowout. Undeterred, I proceeded with the review, and I’m glad I did. Delicate notes of coffee bowed on the cold draw. More coffee, along with cedar, greeted me after a careful light up. Later, loads of nuts and chocolate poured out. Tinges of black pepper and cocoa intertwined in a balanced retrohale. The torn wrapper held its own as the Edicion Especial burned to the end of the rift, just before the cigar band, leaving a glorious and tasty finale.
