Micallef Grande Bold Sumatra Robusto

Micallef is a brand that I’ve not had the chance to experience until today. With eyes wide open, I cut the cap of the Micallef Grande Bold Sumatra Robusto and drew in light roast coffee notes. Lighting seemed easier than for most other sticks. Initially, I tasted milk chocolate and spice. The overall profile was rich and savory making me wish I was enjoying a high-end charcuterie board and a deep red wine. Later, I picked up more spice and some tasty mocha flavors. Construction was truly something to behold, as the Sumatra drew perfectly and burned evenly to the very end. I caught myself admiring the burn because it looked photoshopped. At under $8, you need to buy this Micallef and enjoy it.
