Welcome to the 1970s! Super Fly! I love the retro font and flashy purple and gold on the Oscar Valladares Superfly super toro cigar band. While most Connecticut-wrapped cigars are mild-mannered, this one brings more body and bold flavors. Mushrooms and mustiness appeared in the cold draw. Boring earthy notes led off, but black pepper quickly cut in to spice things up. By the midpoint, toast took over only to erupt into nut bread. Next, caramel and black pepper boogied down until coffee performed a solo finale. Savory and complex, the Super Fly deserves your next dance.
