Do not turn your nose up at the Pai Gow churchill. Yes, it’s a budget smoke. Yes, it has a sweet tip. Yes, it comes in bundles, not boxes. The fact is, the Pai Gow hit the spot. Look past the spotted, unevenly colored wrapper. Cut the tip, and taste the sweetness. Once I lit the Pai Gow, I tasted French toast – a mixture of cinnamon and syrup and dough. Later, I enjoyed cream and honey, followed by toffee. Retrohales started with subtle spices and ended with sweet cocoa. Enjoy this cigar after breakfast or on the golf course.
