Canada may be best known for hockey, maple syrup, and frigid temperatures, but Halifax, Nova Scotia, boasts a cigar gem – Paul Stulac. The flagship store resides in this small town known for cruise ship tourism, though cigars are rolled in the US and Nicaragua. The White Blinding Lightning imparted some sourdough bread on the cold draw. The first third handed me some coffee and leather notes with splashes of citrus. By the midpoint, earth and baker’s cocoa smothered my palate. Velvety mocha satisfied my desire for dessert at the finale.
