Actor Jeremy Piven, perhaps known best for his role in Entourage, loves cigars. He teamed up with Dion Giolito at Illusione Cigars to bring the PIV Robusto to market. The resulting Nicaraguan puro contains corojo tobacco and debuts in a single vitola, a 5×52 robusto. I tasted very bitter notes from the cold draw. Once aflame, the PIV showed off a mingling of tea and wood. As the second third neared, earth came forward with an occasional whiff of toast. By the final third, only earth remained. I expected more flavor from the corojo leaf.
