Happy Halloween! The next week is all about scary cigar brand names and lines. Ventura Cigars’ PSyKo Seven Maduro Toro comes bound in a prescription band, as if to treat the worst mental illness. The cold draw imparted bitter notes. My PSyKo script delivered heavy doses of coffee, trailed by cedar. The second third brought lots of tobacco and earth. Vanilla and caramel emerged in the final third to wrap up an excellent overall flavor profile. Black pepper ruled the retrohales, strengthening towards the end. The bargain price makes the PSyKo Seven Maduro a must buy.
