It’s been ten years since J.R. Dominguez debuted the Recluse brand at the ICPCR show. Recluse sets itself apart by processing all tobacco leaves through eight fermenting cycles and through a wide array of vitolas for each discerning cigar smoker. Lavish flavors of cavendish pipe tobacco fell from the cold draw. The Amadeus Habano Reserva Lancero began with gorgeous floral notes and a hint of spice. As the spice ebbed, vanilla filled the void. The midpoint brought a subtle oak character mixed with caramel. Coffee took over, maturing to mocha with hints of ea1rth for a masterful conclusion.
