Cigar reviews – 99 words or less
The cigar band on the Recluse Amadeus Los Cabos catches your eye, with a silver spider and text across a bright blue background. A silver mylar woven band adorns the foot of the cigar. Before my flame touched the foot, I tasted wood in the cold draw. Once lit, cocoa rushed through, followed by more mature chocolate flavors. At the midpoint, oaky notes mixed with chocolate and spices. But the flavors didn’t last, melting away into a steady dose of wood that continued to the finish line. I was a bit disappointed with the shallow flavors.
