The Vicarias Blue Label from Tre J Cigars came my way via a friend of the owners. Wearing a light brown wrapper, the torpedo broke tradition and became a flat nub instead of a point. Once I made a precise diagonal cut, the cold draw tasted of tobacco and earth. Two matches awoke the Vicarias and revealed its coffee and floral profile. Voluminous plumes of smoke flowed from each draw, and retrohales released pleasant spices and coffee beans. The rollers executed a masterful job, as construction yielded excellent airflow and a straight burn. Smoke one with a companion.
